Our main focus in this area of business management is to enable companies and other business structures to perform well in compliance with their regulatory universe. Conversely, weak board governance is a great trigger of corporate insolvency.
The siSwati/Zulu word “SIKANYE” means “we are together”.
This sentiment is central to our business principles and approach: it is not “our clients and us”, but instead our engagement becomes a long-term working relationship with our clients.
