SIKANYE is a governance and corporate secretarial services company. Our main focus in this area of business management is to enable companies and other business structures to perform well in compliance with their regulatory universe. Arguably, there is a nexus between corporate governance and organisational performance. Adherence to the tenets of good corporate governance, including risk management, begets good performance. Conversely, weak board governance is a great trigger of corporate insolvency.

The siSwati/Zulu word “SIKANYE” means “we are together”. 

This sentiment is central to our business principles and approach: it is not “our clients and us”, but instead our engagement becomes a long-term working relationship with our clients.
